Your status as a member of the Club, if accepted, is contingent on your attendance at all forums and at least five seminars, and your participation in one initiative, each semester. If these requirements are not met at the end of the first semester, you will be given a warning. If these requirements are not met at the end of the school year, you will be removed from the Club. By checking this box, you are confirming that you are aware of these member requirements.
